  • Health Canada's performance review target for Class III product licence applications has been updated to 280 days. As the number of applications increases, this change is expected to decrease once the majority of applications have been processed.

Neither Class I nor Class II review targets have changed.

  • Applicants must now declare the complete extract information, including the extract ratio/ratio range (quantity crude equivalent), solvent(s) used, and solvent ratios.

  • As part of the application process, applicants must declare their site licensing information in full prior to submission. This declaration is mandatory.

Contact our team for additional information and what details must be declared.
